Terms of use
MirrorMind is a trading-behaviour journal. It reads your trades from your broker and shows you patterns in them. By using it you agree to these terms.
What MirrorMind is, and is not
- It is analytics about your own trading. It is not investment advice, research, a recommendation or a prediction.
- It is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst.
- It has read-only access. It cannot place, change, cancel or block an order, and it cannot move money.
- Profit and loss shown is realised, before brokerage, taxes and charges, and can differ from your contract note.
Your account and your data
- You sign in to your broker on the broker’s own page. MirrorMind never sees your broker password.
- You are responsible for your trading decisions. Trading in derivatives carries risk, and past results do not predict future results.
- You can export or delete your data, or your account, at any time from Settings.
Using the service
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to harm others. During early access the service is provided as it is, may change, and may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms and will say so on this page.
Privacy policy
What we collect
- Your orders, trades and positions, read from your broker with your permission.
- What you write in MirrorMind: journal entries, notes, day reviews, rules and settings.
- Your email address, to sign you in and write to you about your account.
How we use it
To show you your own trades, behaviour alerts, journal and analytics, and to answer your questions in the AI chat. We do not sell your data and we do not share your trades with anyone you have not chosen, such as an accountability partner.
The AI
The AI answers from your own trading record through a third-party language model. It does not send your name, email address, phone number, broker client ID or order IDs. It is used to describe what you did, not to give advice.
Security
The access your broker gives MirrorMind is encrypted before it is stored. MirrorMind never sees or stores your broker password.
Your choices
You can download your data, delete your data, delete your account, or revoke MirrorMind’s access from your broker at any time. Deleting an account removes its data.
Refunds
MirrorMind is free during early access, and no payment is taken. When paid plans launch, the price will be shown before you are ever charged, and refund terms will be published here first. If you were charged by mistake, write to founder@mirrormindhq.space and it will be put right.
